The aim of this report was to capture the experiences of those who were subject to Multi-Agency Public Protection Arrangements (MAPPA). This included an exploration into how people understood and experienced MAPPA and the impact this had on their lives, specifically examining the extent to which MAPPA supported or hindered desistance.
